The TUGS 1990 Annual (or just TUGS Annual) was released in 1990 by Grand Dreams Limited, and is considerably rarer than the 1989 Annual. It features a range of activities and stories.

- The majority of photos in the book are hand-drawn, and there are only 3 photos containing model photos, thus being the back cover and the 2 group portraits of the Star Fleet and the Z-Stacks.
- The ilistrations in the book were done by County Studios who also did the 1989 Annual and the Buzz Books.
