Hideyuki Umezu is a Japanese actor who was born in Aichi, 24th July 1955. He has voiced for the Japanese dub of Tugs. He is currently well known for providing the Japanese voice of characters in many films and television shows both from Japan and overseas. He is also currently the voice of Skarloey in Tugs' sister series, Thomas & Friends.
